Laura Page-Greifinger, CEO and President

Laura Page-Greifinger, RN, BSN, MPA, has more than 30 years of experience in senior-level healthcare management experience, including the development of multiple new programs and the provision of a variety of services and programs to clients resulting in positive outcomes. These services encompassed integrated health care services designed to mesh with individual operating entities’ missions and goals. At times these programs were the first of their kind in a region, necessitating education at all levels of professionals and community organizations, as well the education of referral inlets for those in need of the program for care. Laura’s focus is post-acute organizational structure, the education and support of staff needed to succeed in this structure, key indicator development, quality outcomes for patients within the structure, project management, financial analysis, and profitability. This is the basis for QIRT’s Quality Cycle Management (QCM©) approach to post-acute organizational support.

Stephen Jessup, Chief Financial Officer

Stephen Jessup, CPA, co-founded, and has continued to work for, QIRT (Quality In Real Time, LLC), a health care quality and performance measurement, service provider where he presently serves as its Chief Financial Officer. Steve, who is a certified public accountant, has worked in the areas of tax and business planning, and especially in Medicare reimbursement and cost management strategies and practices. His health care consulting practice is national in scope. It includes hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and other allied health care organizations from start-ups to very large-scale enterprises.

Tom Cannon, Chief Operating Officer

Tom Cannon, MBA graduated from the University of Delaware with a BSBA in Finance and Economics in 1998 and received his MBA in Computer Information Systems from St. John’s University in 2011. Tom prides himself on his professional goal: to support the work of the company's chief executive officer focusing on the establishment and optimization of day-to-day operations in the company. He oversees IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. 


Philip Keating, Chief Quality Officer  

Philip Keating, MSPT HCS-D, HCS-O, BCHH-C, is Chief Quality Officer who works with QIRT to maintain and promote the quality work that QIRT is best known for. Phil believes that hard work and quality speak for themselves and are vital for supporting the post-acute industry’s focus on the importance of individualized patient care.  
Phil has been with QIRT since its inception. He added coding and OASIS certification to his Masters’ degree in Physical Therapy and now manages the entire Quality division, monitoring case management, education, strategic planning, and client services, directly contributing to QIRT’s five consecutive years on Inc. 5000 Magazine’s Top Growing Companies.  
Phil is a licensed physical therapist who, upon graduation from College Misericordia, began his career with Visiting Nurse Services of New York and Beth Abraham Hospital.  



Allison Cannon, Chief Administrative Officer  

Allison first joined QIRT in 2009 directing the clinical consulting division before moving to the position of Vice President of Administration and Compliance in 2015 and Chief Administrative Officer in 2017. In her current role, Allison is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the company including managing legal and compliance matters, human resources, education (both internal and external) and ADR services. Prior to joining QIRT, Allison was the Administrative Director for the Office of General Counsel at St. John’s University responsible for day-to-day operations of the division as well as developing the University’s Enterprise Risk Management Plan and handling all compliance and investigative matters. She has also held positions as a paralegal and Assistant Director of Finance and Administration for a not for profit. 
Allison is an active member in her community, serving as Chairperson of the Strategic Planning Committee for her local school district and is co-founder of The FUNdraising Project, a not-for-profit organization that fundraises for causes and families in her local community. She graduated from the University of Albany with a BA in political science and St. John’s University with an MA in public administration. 

Corinne Kuypers-Denlinger, VP of Post-Acute Strategies

Corinne Kuypers-Denlinger is VP of Post-Acute Growth Strategies at QIRT (Quality In Real Time) since early 2017. Corinne counts more than 30 years of experience working in the healthcare industry as vendor and provider. She is a trend analyst, an author, an entrepreneur, and an advocate for home health and hospice. Prior to joining QIRT, and for the past nine years, Corinne’s role was Vice President, Post-Acute Care Product Group with DecisionHealth. In her time at DecisionHealth, she led the initiative to transition the industry-leading code manual from print product to electronic application. She also oversaw the content development of a family of home health publications, including Home Health Line, and was responsible for live events including the annual Home Health Coding Summit. Corinne also turned the Home Care Coding Specialist—Diagnosis (HCS-D) credential into a must-have professional certification. 

Sherri Parson, VP of Education and Control Standards

Sherri Parson, RN, HCS-D, HCS-O, HCS-H, COS-C, BCHH-C, has been a registered nurse since 1994 and her experiences with inpatient hospital settings and home care prepared her for excellence in her current role as VP of Education and Control Standards for QIRT (Quality In Real Time). During her inpatient tenure, Sherri worked as a direct care provider for Medical Surgical, ICU, and Interventional Radiology. She worked in home care for over 13 years as direct care provider, QA, coding and OASIS reviewer, therapy manager, staff education and development expert, and has been providing high-level clinical education at QIRT since 2015. Sherri is certified as an OASIS Specialist - Clinical (COS-C), Home Care Clinical Specialist - OASIS (HCS-O) certification, and Home Care Clinical Specialist - Diagnosis (HCS-D) certification.

Joe Osentoski, Reimbursement Recovery and Appeals Director

Joe Osentoski, BAS, RN-BC, is based in QIRT’s Troy, Michigan office. Joe specializes in additional documentation request (ADR) response and appeals and has been a registered nurse for more than 25 years. Joe’s career has included clinical consulting in home health and hospice, with a specialty in clinical quality assurance and regulatory compliance. He also has extensive experience with multiple types of Medicare audits, probes, and reviews from all types of Medicare contractors: MACs, UPICs, RAC, SMRC, OIG, CERT, and Medicare Advantage, as well as private insurers. Joe has completed over 5,000 ADRs in home care and hospice, filed thousands of appeals and represented agencies in hundreds of administrative law judge (ALJ) hearings.  Impressively, Joe has been lauded by retired US Administrative Law Judge Robert Soltis in his book, How to Handle Your Medicare Hearing: “Mr. Osentoski was one of the first non-attorney representatives to appear before me when I was an ALJ, and he stands head and shoulders above every other non-attorney representative. Mr. Osentoski…knows home health law, and prepares thoroughly. His credibility is beyond reproach.” Joe is most recently the author of Home Health ADR & Appeals Answers, First Edition, available through DecisionHealth. He also is a contributor to Home Health Line and Eli's Home Care Week. He holds a gerontological nursing certification from the American Nursing Credentialing Center. 

Rochelle (Shelley) Eggleton, Director of Clinical Consulting

Shelley Eggleton, RN, BS, MBA, works to support home care and hospice agencies across the country. Shelley understands the challenges executives and employees in the post-acute industry experience in providing individual patient care. Shelley graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor's Degree in science with a concentration in Community Health. Her MBA with a concentration in Health Care Management was earned through the University of Phoenix and has done some post graduate work in education. She is a fellow of the Advisory Board Company Leadership Academy in Washington DC. She has served on the NYS Home Care Association Board of Directors as well as their Quality and Policy Committees. Shelley's nursing career includes hospital nursing and office nursing, but she fell in love with home care almost 25 years ago. She has first-hand knowledge as a case manager and was promoted through the ranks to Administrator. She also has Hospice and Joint Commission experience and has been a Magnet Nurse.
